Time Fitness is searching for vacant leisure, retail or similar space in the following locations:

Other towns will be considered as well as stand alone or mixed use / residential schemes

Size: 1,500 to 4,000 sq ft, ideally one floor

Planning: Use Class 11 will be required, change of use considered

Fee: Finder's fee payable on successful completions
