A. The club is now open and we look forward to seeing you down here.
Q. When will my Direct Debit start?
A. Your enrolment fee and first month's payment will be deducted from your account within 14 days of joining, but no further money will be deducted until one month after your membership starts.
Q. Do you have to be a member to use the club?
A. Yes, only members have access to the club. For those looking for a short term membership, we offer a 3 month flexible option. Free trial passes are also available to try the facility during staffed hours.
Q. Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
A. Yes, all members are given a full induction on the use of the equipment, should you require this.
Q. Will I get an exercise program?
A. Yes, our qualified staff will provide you with a tailored program to meet your training goals.
Q. Will prices change once the club is open?
A. We are offering a reduced enrolment fee for pre-opening members which is for a limited time only. Membership rates are likely to increase after the club is open.
Q. What does the enrolment fee cover?
A. The enrolment fee is a one off charge that covers the costs involved in processing the membership set-up costs.
Q. What does the membership rate guarantee mean?
A. Pre-opening members will not be subject to any price increases to their monthly direct debit for 2 years if they do not cancel within that time.
Q. Will the club be staffed at all times?
A. Staffed hours will always be advertised in the club and also on the website. Personal Trainers will also be on site during opening hours. During these hours and at any other time, the club will be monitored by an advanced CCTV network 24/7 with direct links to all Emergency Services.
Q. Will other services will be available?
A. Yes. Personal Training and Therapy Services will also be provided at additional costs
